SEASONA operates this shop and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to offer you, the customer, a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Your order is not considered accepted until SEASONA has confirmed acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order can be accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as once SEASONA has accepted an order, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests. If we do not accept, or if we modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].

We are not liable for delays in shipping and delivery. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control. Once products have been handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim; a delay in such notification will not relieve you of your obligations except to the extent you are materially prejudiced as a result.
