Place the Head Cooler™ in the freezer for 1-2 hours before you need it. After that, it's ready to use:

  • Place it directly under your cap, helmet, or hat
  • Stays comfortably soft and flexible – never hard like traditional ice
  • After use, simply refreeze and use again
Can I use the Head Cooler™ for migraines?

  • Having a second Kopf-Kühler™ ready in the refrigerator or a cooler bag
